I've spent over 20 years inside facility services — not consulting from the outside, but managing operations, hiring teams, pricing contracts, and fixing businesses that were bleeding cash and losing accounts.
My mission
I work with a small number of clients at a time so I can be genuinely useful — not just a name on a retainer. If your business has problems, I've probably fixed them before.
